How long should you wait for your order?

Our standard order turnaround time is 10 working days, however - this is a maximum time and it is most likley your order will be with you sooner! 

What may delay my order?

Lack of communication can cause order delays. We have various reasons we might need to get in touch, stock issues & artwork issues are the most common. So please ensure you use an active email address and a good contact number when setting up your account. Our team will always make several attempts to contact you, but not getting back to us can cause delays.

How long does shipping take from order completion?

At checkout we have 2 shipping methods - one is collection, and your order will be ready to collect from our warehouse in Wishaw as soon as your order is complete. The other is our standard delivery. We typically use standard 2-4 day delivery for all orders, however high value orders (over £500) will usually be shipped next day delivery.
